Semi-automatic stencil inspection equipment SBT-JC1009S is a stencil quality inspection system designed for SMT production lines, integrating functions such as high-definition image inspection, manual defect detection, dimensional measurement, tension detection, data logging, and MES integration.
The system uses a camera to display real-time images of the stencil during operation. Operators can perform visual inspections to identify defects such as blocked apertures, foreign objects, and burrs using high-definition images, while simultaneously using software measurement tools to measure key dimensions such as aperture size, line width, and line spacing. Combined with the automatic tension detection function, the system enables integrated inspection of key quality indicators including stencil appearance, dimensions, and tension.
 Furthermore, the equipment supports the management of stencil information and inspection data and can integrate with MES systems to enable the recording, uploading, and traceability of stencil inspection data.
