Character:

1)Operation control system included the PLC programmable controller and the HMI human-machine interface.

 

2)Through the touch screen automatic operation setting, the worker can make high-quality precision screen.

3)The screen frame release/fix is performed by the foot switch which controlled the air pressure chuck.

The Motor is used in conjunction with the reduction gearbox to drive the steel wire synchronous belt and synchronous wheel to slide on the linear guide rail to achieve balance and stability, which can meet the high precision and is suitable for the market needs of various industries.

Adopts the vertical lifting beam structure as the frame fixing mechanism , and the pneumatic quick clamping mechanism can quickly and effectively fix the screen of any size firmly on the coating bracket, and can be equally convenient after coating. Take out the screen easily.

High-quality Air Source Treatment Unit effectively guarantees the quality of the compressed air and ensures the use environment of the pneumatic components, improving stability and extending use life.

The operating system uses the man-machine interface as the system setting and basic operation channel, and the button acts as a common operation channel, which effectively improves the accuracy and convenience of operation, and integrates the air pressure control interface.

High-quality integrated casters can adjust the level of the whole machine under any circumstances, to make the coating work environment more excellent.

 

Four fine adjustment functions in total, you can adjust the thickness of the squeegee, and get a more accurate screen.
