2. Barcode scanning for data entry: Use the barcode scanner to scan the blade ID, automatically associating it with inspection data.

3. Visual inspection system activation: An industrial camera captures the blade image, with backlighting enhancing contrast.

4. Image processing analysis: System evaluates scraper straightness, edge integrity, notches, and wear, generating inspection reports.

5. Automatic result determination: Compares against standard tolerances to determine pass/fail.
