Performance:
1. The girder is made of 200×100 special square tubes, and the girder can withstand up to 50 Newtons without deformation.
2. Four sides expand and retract, and the design of linear guide retractable rail .
3. The chuck adopts a patented product, the rubber does not need to be glued tightly, and a dovetail groove type is used to cooperate with the mold.
4. The chuck is lined with imported rubber strips, which will not fall off, damage the mesh, or return the mesh.
5. The chuck base is designed with linear guide rails, and each chuck is equipped with 3 linear bearing seats to make the chuck stable and high precision.
6. Horizontal (1800mm) 9 chucks in total, 5 chucks with length 200mm, 4 chucks with length 180mm;
Lengthwise (1600mm)8 chucks in total , 4 chucks with length 200mm, 4 chucks with length 180mm;
7. Two sets of control systems: one controls the pulling net, the other controls the top net, so that the air pressure is adjustable.
8. Design 4 top net cylinders.
9. Each side is equipped with 2 rotating chucks, which can adjust the tension of the screen according to the tension of the mesh, so that the force of the mesh is more balanced.
Machine Features and the others:
1.Suitable for all kinds of mesh; such as stainless steel mesh, polyester mesh, Japanese NBC mesh and other domestic or imported mesh;
2. After adjusting the tension of the first net of the same type of netting and setting the air pressure, the subsequent stretching of the net does not need to be measured by a tension meter, and the tension remains unchanged;
3. The designed tension is large, the tension uniformity of each point is within ±0.5N, and the maximum tension is 60N. The tension can be adjusted according to the tension of the mesh, which is very convenient;
4. Convenient operation, you can lay the net at will. The machine can exceed the limit tension of the net yarn by 3-5N, and it only takes a few minutes to pull the net once.
5.The operation technology is simple and fast. One person can operate 3 to 4 pneumatic stretchers, which greatly saves costs and improves efficiency.
6.This machine has high economic efficiency. It can pull more than half of the screens per day than other models. The high-end mesh drawing speed is 2/3 times faster. The utilization rate of the surrounding mesh is high. It can save 20-30% of the mesh. The yarn width can be selected from several specifications. The shrinkage of the machine can be used to prepare different specifications of the net yarn according to different screen frames. Generally, the time and net yarn saved by the machine can recover the investment cost within 2 to 3 months.
7.The basic structure of the machine: The machine has sizes and specifications, and can also be customized. There are two types: one is designed for tension below 45N, and the other is designed for tension below 60N. The length of the chuck is 170-200mm. The cylinder adopts Type 40, the drawing stroke is prepared according to different specifications, the drawing air pressure is 2.5 to 3.5 kg, and a small air pump is sufficient. Each cylinder is designed with a dovetail groove as a guide rail, which is stable and wear-resistant. The chuck seat adopts a linear guide and a straight line. The bearing does not change shape when pulling the net, the levelness measurement tension is very accurate, the clamping mouth adopts an adjustable pressure, the laminating adopts a silicone strip shape to design double dovetail grooves, no glue is needed, it will not age, and there will be no winter hardening phenomenon (The hardening phenomenon guides the pulling and breaking of the mesh). The machine is equipped with imported air pressure high-precision regulating valves that can be adjusted horizontally and vertically, so that high-end mesh can be drawn with 3 to 5N exceeding the ultimate tension.
