Compare to XC-H10.0A model, we've improved function updates as below,
 The 11th generation machine solves the problem of relatively large damage to pupae and worms based on the previous nine and ten generations of machines. The internal screening structure is changed from the original last selection of pupae to the first screening of pupae, which greatly reduces the damage to pupae and worms.

When separating live worms from inactive worms, the problem of some live worms in inactive worms is improved. The original one-layer separation cotton belt is upgraded to two layers of separation cotton belts; the flat separation cotton belt is changed to a 20-degree bevel design, which greatly improves the effect of separating live worms from inactive wormss, making some old worms more stable than before; the separation cotton belt is lengthened from the original 1M to 1.8M, so that there is more time to catch old worms and sick and inactive live worms; There were about 10%-25% of live worms in inactive worms before, which can now be reduced to about 1%-7%,

Function:
Our machine is dust-free, and will select and separate the sand, the worm skin, leftover feed, impurities, big/small worms, pupa, dead worms and inactive worms from respective exits!
This machine can separate dung,dead skin,impurities, pupa, dead worm, big worm and small worm from respective exit.It takes only 9 seconds to select out the worm in the whole procedure.And the machine will be absorbing dust in the whole screening process, to prevent dust spread everywhere and harm the health of the operator( Dust inhalation for a long time will cause various diseases, such as  rhinitis, pneumonia, bronchitis, pneumoconiosis, lung cancer and so on. Therefore,use of the machine is good for sanitation and health!).

2 parts of all functions in this machine:
One part:sieve sand and remove dead skin and impurities( As it need no separate big/small worm or pupa/dead worm generally during the normal breeding, this part of functions can be used alone to save time and improve the efficiency.).
The other part:separate pupa,dead worm,big/small worm, sieve sand and remove dead skin and impurities.
These two parts can be exchanged easily with one

Characteristics of the machine:

 

1)Promotion of functions:
A, On the basis of previous8 generations machines, the 8.5^th generation machine had solved big hurt of pupa issue, we changed the internal separate construction and now we first finish separating pupa instead of former that final separate step then reduce the hurt quantity for pupa.
B, Improved the problem of live worms fall into inactivity worms exit. We added separate belts and currently 3 layers separate belts improved the effect of separation for live worms & inactivity worms.
Previous separation effect:10%~25% live worms fall into inactivity worms exit.  
The latest updated separation effect:2%~9% live worms fall into inactivity worms exit.  
C, Improve the effect of separation for big/small worms,updated internal sieve made the separation rate more fast even and high efficiency.



2)Overall functions:
  The problem that it spends too many people during the breeding of the superworm and mealworm, such as sieving sand,removing dead skin, separating the live worm, pupa and dead worm, big worm and small worm. If you use the separator only, it can also separate the pupa and the adult.
 

1. High efficiency: working efficiency comparison as blow,

1)Test for 'partial function': finish to sieve sand and remove dead skin impurities plus absorb dusty about 400kgs meal worms at one time while opening machine 1 hour without stop.
2)Test for 'full function': finish to sieve sand, remove dead skin &impurities absorb dusty and separate activity worms&inactivity,big/small worm,pupa about 150kgs meal worms or super worms at one time while opening machine 1 hour without stop.
3) 10 workers spent 1 hour without stop finish to sieve sand, remove dead skin &impurities absorb dusty and separate activity worms&inactivity,big/small worm,pupa, sieve sand 350kgs, big/small worms separation 150kgs, remove dead skin 250KGS, Separate out pupa 50kgs dead worms 50kgs. Serious pollution as the air is full of sand dusty worm skin.

 

1. Strong function:

a.The machine not only has multiple functions, but also can be used flexibly. For example, if you just need the daily operation of sieving sand, removing dead skin and impurities and dust collecting, regardless of big/small worm, pupa or dead worm, you can select this function with the switch.
b.There's also a flow-control valve for controlling the worm amount of the inlet.

Operation instructions:
1,The bottom of the machine is equipped with the universal wheel, easy to go forward and move to the left and right. And all wheels have brakes, pressing down when no need of any move;
2,If the ground of the breeding site is not smooth, you can dispose a wood pad at the bottom of the machine to make the wheels off the ground in case of the machine shaking when starting.
   (You can directly use the wood pad in the delivery package!)
3,Install the pupa separator, and correspond 2 screw holes on both sides of the separator support to the screw holes on both sides at the lower left of the machine( below the exit of the inactive worm), then fix the support with 2 equipped nuts, at last dispose the pupa separator on the support.
4,Check whether all parts of screws and nuts are tightened;
5,Connect power and start the machine for test, checking whether the circuit and its motor are normal;
6,Close the outlet valve;
7,Connect and bind the cloth bags holding dung, dead skins and impurities;
8,Dispose the boxes holding big worms, small worms, dead worms or the pupa to their exits;
9,Check the direction and the speed of the separator as well as its location. In the event of anything abnormal, please adjust the machine;
10,Check whether the switch of functions is turned to the function you need;
11,Pour the worms to be screened into the funnel and connect the power to start the machine, and adjust the inlet amount. Pay attention to replacing the holding boxes in case of overfilling.
