UV curing machine apply to coating connecting injecting process for the UV light sensitive coating material , printing ink, and sealant materials or various kinds of print raw materials curing and drying in an short time.
1.Printing:Widely used in screen printing, lithography, letterpress printing, self-adhesive trademark, metal nameplate, PC, PVC, ABS, PS, acrylic, Tetolon , glass, ceramics, electronic components, single-sided circuit board .
2.Painting:The shiny wood surface coating, paper coating, plastic floor tiles, PU leather into polishing, fiber optic lines and other surface coating.

Attention tips:
Don't pull the UV light power button and general switch button when machine processing.
The turning direction of fan should be same as the arrow indicated on the machine, otherwise the temperature in the inner of machine would be abnormal.
Don't change casually the UV light exposure distance.
Check the current is OK or not when UV light up. High current would occur UV light problem, over current would damage the voltage transformer parts.
When lamp turn off, you need be 5 minutes interval then re-turn on the UV lamp.
It would bring fire when conveyor belt is overheat, voltage higher than specified value, emission too little.
Abnormal power off for any section when machine processing, you should be shut off general power, after eliminating the problem,then start.
Discharge the capacitor before checking or repair, so as to avoid any accidents.
Warning:
Please read carefully instructions before using it;don't s gaze forward the UV light longtime, otherwise it would hurt your eyes;high voltage and it's danger;please shut off the power before maintaining or change tiny units; release out all electric before change light tube;
Don't put the hands on the driving section for avoiding any dangerous. Checking the sequence of fans parts is correct before testing.
