How to daily maintain your Exposure Equipment?
Electrical maintenance In the processing of screen exposure, intelligent control has become the mainstream of today. The AC contactor or the intermediate relay is usually used to control the operation of the end light source and the vacuum pump motor in the strong electricity. Due to the vibration caused by the release of the AC contactor, the pressure line on some terminals is loose and the integrated block pins on the circuit board are in poor contact, and the power of the machine should be fasten and press by a professional worker. Photoelectric sensors should always be wiped with absorbent cotton and alcohol to help them work reliably. Pay special attention to places where rats are suffering. Rats especially like the smell of polyethylene-synthesized wire insulation, love to make nests and bite wires. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly guard against it and check it frequently to reduce unnecessary losses and hidden dangers.
Glass maintenance The glass cleanliness, flatness and transparency of the exposure machine are different from ordinary civilian glass, make sure no scratches or bubbles on the top. During using, don't place anything on it avoiding scratching the glass. Wipe the glass with a cotton-soaked cotton wool or a lint-free cotton cloth to maximize its service life.
Blanket maintenance The blanket is one of the main sealing systems of the exposure machine, and its performance directly affects the quality of the exposure plate. Take screen lightly to avoid scratching the edge of the screen plate and affecting the pumping effect.
